1. Create a circle in your graphics software package within the actual print area of your machine.
2. Tape a piece of paper to your machine platen.
3. Print the circle onto the paper.
4. Place your artwork to be printed, centered, and inside the circle you created in step 1.
5. Remove the circle or give it no outline - you don't want to print the circle again onto the coaster.
6. Send the artwork to be printed onto the coaster to your DTG printer.
7. Print the artwork. If you are using the Brother GT-541 you should print using Uni-Directional print mode. All other printers should also print uni-directional to avoid any banding caused by the absorption of the ink into the coaster.
8. When done printing, cure the coaster using your heat press - you don't need a lot of pressure - just cure the ink as you normally would for a T-Shirt.
