New Water Based Inks for Screen Printing are Eco-Friendly and Help you Make Green while being "Green".
These new screen printing inks that Direct2Shirt is offering will literally help you change the way you do business. Now you can print bright, vibrant prints using your manual or automatic printer and on dark garments without and underbase - while being "green".

How Does this Work?
This special ink acts as a “bleach” on garment dyes. Wherever the ink is printed, it will remove or neutralize the dye and leave a raw under color, usually very close to, if not white. If desired, different colors can ‘replace’ the original garment color at the same time without additional screens or spot drying.This is accomplished by activating the ink with an Activation Agent. Mix the agent with the base of your choice, then mix in your pigment and print the shirts through a 110 - 300 mesh screen. The ink needs to then be cured for 2-3 minutes at 320F. The prints come out incredibly bright and with a softhand that will wow your customers.

It is recommended for and works especially well on 100% cotton, but can also be used on 50/50 blends and 100% polyester. (Pre-test prior to any production runs) After curing, it leaves a soft fabric feel and an un-dyed bright white print area. Not all dyes will discharge equally well and may vary from batch to batch. But most popular brands of t-shirts work well. The Matsui line of discharge inks and agent give superior results to all other discharge inks available.
